Resolved Question: where can i get a NZ passport photo in Indiana, USA?

does anyone have any idea where i can get a NZ passport photo done in Portage, IN? or a passport photo done with 45mm (H) x 35mm (W) dimensions? ive already considered walgreens and CVS but they do passport photos in American sizes, an im not to sure if cutting it to fit would be acceptable.
