FD crews were dispatched to a report of heavy smoke in the rear of an occupied house, before FD members arrived on scene the residents had escaped. Crews were dispatched to a truck stranded on the Wisconsin Street Bridge at about 5pm, on arrival FD reported a military vehicle half way out and stalled.
